We started building few weeks and Wanted to know how everyone here using building in public.

I usually visit omegle to meet new people and yc to talk to people with startup Ideas. I felt a missing link. I searched startup in omegle but noone pops up.
We that though We build https://ideahive.netlify.app last week.
3 days designing and making part time, everything barely work. I realised that building is easier then getting users. Got few Signups but not any activity.
I would like to explore building in public concept so will be looking for feedback for application and I would like to know how are you building in public.
