For a long time, we thought our problem was messaging.
We built better automation.
Added more channels.
Tracked more metrics.
And still, something felt off.
Our users weren’t struggling to send messages. They were struggling to decide what to do next.
They had thousands of conversations across WhatsApp, email, and web chat. Some deals were won, others lost, but the “why” disappeared. Humans couldn’t review everything, bots acted like black boxes, and analytics created more data without answers.
That’s when we realized:
Modern businesses don’t have a messaging problem. They have a decision problem.
So we changed direction.
Instead of building more dashboards, we built Texterz Labs — a system that analyzes conversations, scores them by quality and user satisfaction, and turns them into clear, step-by-step actions. No raw logs. No manual review. Just “here’s what to fix next.”
It’s still early, but the shift changed how we think about building:
Less features.
More clarity.
Less data.
More decisions.
If you’re building in AI or automation, curious if you’ve hit the same wall collecting information, but struggling to turn it into action.
Happy to share learnings.
