Hey Indie Hackers 👋
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been paying more attention to how images affect engagement — especially on listings and product pages.
We ran a small internal test:
Same content, same context — only the image quality was improved (lighting, clarity, sharpness).
What surprised me wasn’t just clicks — it was trust.
People seemed more confident that the work was “done right” when images looked clearer and more professional.
No fancy growth hack here — just better visuals.
Now I’m curious:
Have you ever tested improving image quality without changing anything else?
Did it affect engagement or conversions for you?
Would love to hear real experiences from others here 👀
