We started to work on BrandFort (www.brandfort.co) a few years ago. We launchd a first version of the product, but did not get much traction.
Our SaaS protects the Social Media profiles of brands and influencers by hiding inappropriate comments automatically by using AI.
We are now at this stage where we are happy with the tech, but we have no real users. The next few months we have to focus on Marketing, which is our true challenge.
As a first step, we wanted to ask for your feedback on your landing page.
Could you please take a moment out of your day and review our landing page?
I understand we are currently a bit weak on the Social Proof, that's definitly an area, in which we would like to improve when we got some customers who are happy to provide a testimonial.
I am also happy to take a look at yours!
Thank you and all the best
Here we go!
I'd try to be specific:
Well, this is a bit long, but it should give me similar information
Your removal animation in the banner looks weird and glitchy. This might hurt to hear, as you probably did it yourself and poured in hours (I also have a mediocre animation on my landing page, done by me) but it doesn't do your product any good. Improve it if you can.
I like the "We protect you" section π
Don't be shy about AI! Nearly everyone is adding AI and related buzzwords to their landing pages, even when they have nothing to do with AI. And you are probably using some real AI like mood recognition. Say it! Maybe even in the H1, or at least in the subtitle underneath it.
I shouldn't have to scroll to see the supported social media websites. And even when I found them, it was too small, easy to miss. I'd place it in the subtitle under H1:
"Our clients trust us!" << In this section I'd expect some testimonials. If you don't have them yet, maybe change the heading for now.
The red C2A button in this section - "Focus on building your empire while we moderate your Social Media channels" - looks really weird because of the crimson backgrounds of the surrounding sections. Change either the button color, or the background colors of those sections.
Same goes true for the chat button in the bottom right corner.

I'd start here. Then iterate. I wouldn't say everything else is perfect, but compared to these items, the rest seems decent enough to me.

BRING YOUR WORST! π₯π₯π₯
Thank you so much for your valuable and well structured feedback.
I can definitely relate to the points you mentioned and we will stark to make the suggested changes.
You are right with the animation, I spent hours creating it, but I agree, the final fine-tune is simply missing. I might have to ask a professional to give it the fine-tune.
Let me take a look at your landing page this evening - happy to return the favour!
