We built Escrows AI with a couple of friends. It's an AI-powered CRM targeted specifically at real estate brokers — a space that's surprisingly still stuck on WhatsApp threads, scattered spreadsheets, and missed follow-ups.
The problem we kept seeing: Brokers juggle dozens of clients across calls, messages, and meetings — but have no single place to track any of it. Important deal context lives in someone's head or a voice note they'll never find again.
What we've built so far:
Client Management — track intent (hot/warm/cold) and deal stage (lead → engaged → under contract → closed) so brokers always know where to focus
Inventory — property listings with documents, images, and filters to match listings to clients quickly
Follow-up Sequences — automated reminders and workflows so no client gets dropped
Call Recording + AI Notes — records calls, extracts key points, and updates the client profile automatically
Dashboard — daily summary, scheduled meetings, and a task list in one view
Still in development: An AI agent (voice + chat) that can control the whole platform — think talking to your CRM instead of clicking through it.
We're early, scrappy, and have released several features free. We'd genuinely love feedback — on the idea, the execution, or what we're missing.
Happy to answer questions in the comments.

Man, your UI is pretty neat, but is that sequence page under development?
Deal context living in someone's head or a voice note nobody can find again is not really a real estate problem, it is what happens in any service business that runs client relationships by memory instead of by system. Curious if your follow up sequences trigger automatically off deal stage changes, or if a broker still has to remember to move the stage forward before anything fires.
