Wealtii Explained: The Complete Guide to a 1:1 Asset-Backed Digital Asset Index Fund Platform

Wealtii is a digital asset index fund platform. From $10, you invest in a single fund that holds a basket of assets. Every dollar buys the real underlying tokens on the blockchain, held in a public multi-signature vault. Depending on the fund, the basket mixes crypto like Bitcoin and Ethereum with tokenized gold and tokenized exposure to US stocks and ETFs.

I'm the founder, and I built Wealtii alone over about ten months, writing more than 300,000 lines of code. I kept watching people chase random altcoins while diversified portfolios quietly compounded. Most trading platforms earn more when you trade more. Wealtii is boring on purpose: pick a sensible basket, invest, and get on with your life.

What is a digital asset index fund?

A single investment holding a fixed basket of digital assets in set proportions, the same idea as a stock index fund applied to crypto and tokenized assets. Diversification reduces single-asset risk, but it does not remove market risk — crypto assets often fall together, and the fund can still lose value.

How it works

  1. Sign up with just your email. Turn on two-factor authentication.
  2. Deposit USDT, or buy it with a card or bank transfer through guided third-party providers.
  3. Pick a fund and invest, minimum $10. Trades route across decentralized exchanges on BNB Smart Chain.
  4. Track your portfolio with live prices and a full on-chain transaction record.

The three funds

  • Core Index Fund — pure crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, Cardano, NEAR, Chainlink, Zcash.
  • Tech & Digital Asset Growth Fund — tokenized NVIDIA, Alphabet, Apple and Invesco QQQ, plus TRON, Bitcoin and Tether Gold.
  • Multi-Asset Balanced Fund — tokenized S&P 500 and iShares Silver exposure, Tether Gold, plus TRON, Bitcoin, XRP and Binance Coin.

Holdings can change — check the Funds page. I'm deliberately not quoting return numbers: past performance does not predict future results.

Tokenized gold, silver and stocks

Real world asset (RWA) tokenization represents something like gold or a stock's price as a blockchain token. Wealtii's gold exposure is Tether Gold (XAUT) — it tracks gold's price, but it is not the same as holding a bar. Stock and ETF exposure comes through tokens from Ondo Finance: these track price only, and do not make you a shareholder. Ondo's tokenized stocks are generally unavailable to US persons, and Wealtii isn't available in restricted jurisdictions.

What "1:1 asset-backed" means

Your money buys the actual assets in the fund, on-chain — no IOUs. For tokenized gold and stocks, the fund holds the tokens themselves, issued by Tether and Ondo. That backing does not remove the issuers' own risk.

Security

Assets sit in a Gnosis Safe multi-signature vault on BNB Smart Chain, using a 3-of-3 setup: all three authorized signers must approve any withdrawal, so no single person can move funds alone. Your account is protected by encryption, TLS and optional two-factor authentication — turn it on.

Verify it yourself: the vault address is public on BscScan — better yet, copy it fresh from the Transparency page. Check the balances against the fund allocations, and inspect the signers with Safe's own tools.

Is it legit? Can you lose money?

I'm biased, so here's the honest version: I cannot promise 100% safety, and no honest platform can. You can verify the vault and read the published Fees, Security, AML/KYC, Regulatory Status and Risk Disclosure pages. What you have to trust: the three signers control the vault (a custodial model), the platform is young with a solo founder, and third parties like USDT, Ondo and BNB Smart Chain carry their own risk.

Yes, you can lose money, including most or all of it. Digital assets are volatile, related assets can fall together, issuers can fail, and rebalancing isn't automated yet. This is not financial advice. If unsure, start with $10 and test a withdrawal before committing more.

Fees, ID and cash flow

No setup or maintenance fees — you pay only when you invest or withdraw, shown before you confirm. A limited-time 0% fee offer is live; check the current Fees page. ID verification is optional, with higher levels unlocking larger limits — this is progressive verification, not anonymous investing. Withdrawals go through the multi-sig process and typically complete within minutes, with no lock-ups.

Wealtii vs ETFs and individual coins

A crypto ETF is a regulated brokerage product traded during market hours; Wealtii's funds are not ETFs, and Wealtii is a technology platform, not a regulated broker. In exchange you get 24/7 access and on-chain verification. Buying individual coins gives you full control, but you do all the picking and tracking yourself; an index fund makes those choices up front, at the cost of platform risk.

If Wealtii ever shut down

Your holdings sit in a public on-chain vault, not a private database, so the record doesn't vanish with the website. But the vault is controlled by the platform's signers, not by individual users — I can't promise you could reclaim your share without them. Size your investment accordingly.

Who it's for

Good fit if you want diversified exposure without managing wallets and keys, and you value checking a vault on-chain yourself. Not a fit if you need guaranteed returns, insured deposits, real share ownership, or insist on holding your own keys.

Where to start

Read How It Works, Security and the Risk Disclosure first. Then, if it makes sense, start from $10 at wealtii.com.

Digital assets are highly volatile and carry a significant risk of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Wealtii is a technology platform, not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not provide financial advice. Not available in restricted jurisdictions. Invest only what you can afford to lose.

Nice work shipping it. What has been the biggest challenge since launch?

Honestly, distribution has been the biggest challenge by far.

Building the product and infrastructure was something I could control. Getting it in front of the right people and turning interest into actual funded users has been much harder.

I’ve grown mostly through organic outreach so far, so figuring out a repeatable way to acquire customers is what I’m focused on now.

Really good writeup, thanks for sharing it. What's the next thing you're planning to try here?

      Thanks, really appreciate it!

Right now, the biggest thing I’m trying to figure out is distribution. The product is live and the core infrastructure is built, so my next focus is getting Wealtii in front of the right investors and turning the early interest into actual funded users.

I’m also working on improving the onboarding and making the whole experience even simpler.
