Web analytics tools that don't trigger "tracking protection"

I'm currently using GA and Mixpanel. However, more and more browsers default to blocking them and even highlight them in the "tracking blocker".

My users are very privacy-conscious. I know I have lost users because of my choice of web analytics tools.

Have you found good web analytics tools that don't trigger "tracking protection"? I'm open to the tools built by fellow indie hackers but I need something that's proven to work well.

Fathom, Simple Analytics and Plausible always come up here as indie type privacy focused web analytic tools.

Thanks! Checked them out and it seems that they are still front-end solutions that will sooner or later be flagged/blocked.

A friend of mine recommended RudderStack. Trying them now.

I think your solution to head to server-side will give you peace of mind. I'd be curious to hear what you think of RudderStack.
