While having a software consultancy company, we have been struggling for more than ten years to gather feedback from users and clients. They sent feedback through various media like Email, Slack, Word documents, WhatsApp, and even SMS. So, we decided to overhaul this process and created Commented.
Commented removes the pain of gathering client feedback and makes it easy and intuitive without adding a learning curve for the product. Because it is as simple as leaving a comment on Figma or Miro, but this time on your actual product, install the Chrome extension and turn your web app into a canvas where you can drop a piece of feedback swiftly.
We also give a chance to integrate with Linear, Slack and Figma, which makes things even more accessible, connected and trackable. New integrations are on the way.
