What do you think about a Web App with tools stack examples for your MVP without any code?
For example you want to present your project in Web and your ways might be:
- Wix(site) +typeform(survey) +host=100$/month
Or - Wix(site) +Invideo(video presentation) +host=70$
And other variants depending on your needs.

For a start, I can publish tools stack by myself as a simple post.
In the future users will be able to answer some questions and system will automatically generate a set of tools.
