Web application security testing tool for developers
We just build a web application security testing tool (beaglesecurity.com) that primarily makes life easier for developers. We would love the developer community to try it out and provide some valuable feedback. Hi Kent! The URL box on the landing page doesn't trigger a test right away. You'll have to sign up for an account and then verify your domain in order to actually trigger a security test.
I'll be happy to explain more about it. What we offer with Beagle Security is:
Automated security testing of your web applications to find existing vulnerabilities. After you enter a URL, verify your domain ownership and trigger a test, Beagle checks your application for vulnerabilities as documented by OWASP Top 10, SANS 25 and other global security standards. We have an AI module that makes sure false positives are excluded and a developer-friendly PDF report is provided with the proper mitigation techniques. You can schedule the tests on a weekly or monthly basis and integrate with Slack, Trello, Jira and Telegram to keep track of the test results.

Hey Kevin! NexGen and Gen Z are basically buzz words we included in the copy. NexGen is short for Next Generation and Gen Z is short for Generation Z, which is the generation succeeding the Millenials.
No, we don't crawl your website and pentest it right away. You'll have to sign up for an account and then verify your domain ownership in order to trigger a test.

Do you have any users yet? If yes, have you defined them, what does their profile look like?
Thanks, Alex! We had close to 100 customers testing our product during the beta phase and a few customers have joined since the public release. We don't have any personas defined as of now. We want to see how it works out for our initial customers and then define the right profile :)
