Web development agency but productized

There's a lot of hype around productized services these days.

While this model works for design, I'm not sure if it would work well in website development.

What I think is the idea of selling a subscription service (let's say $5000/mo) for web development services might NOT work, as the work can become overwhelming pretty quickly and context switching when developing websites can be a pain point.

I run a web dev agency https://aceternity.com and doing roughly $7k/mo. I love building websites myself and not looking to build a team in order to grow my business -- since I love building and NOT managing people.

What do you think I should do in order to grow my business?

    Hi,
Been going through the same. Not great at managing people, but everyone says “only teams scale, not you.”
It’s been 2+ years for you — how’s it going?
