Web3 Board: a job board for new crypto organizations

Hey everyone,

I launched https://web3board.io this week -- it's a job board that focuses on new crypto organizations and projects.

There are many crypto job boards already, so why make a new one? There are two recent developments in the web3 space that I think warrant creating a new kind of job/role/gig board:

1. Many new(ish) crypto projects aren't looking for traditional employees, they're looking for members/grantees/open source-style contributors. If you read about decentralized autonomous organizations or crypto projects like Gitcoin, it's very clear that there are new kinds of roles that groups/DAOs/companies are trying to fill.

2. Crypto has grown a lot in the last year, and its growing niches attract very different kinds of people and professional expertise. The NFT space is very different from DeFi, for example. So, I added topic filters to the top of the homepage so that people can go straight to the area they're most interested in.

There's a lot more I want to do with this: add a section for hackathons, implement native crypto payments to post some roles, etc. but for now I hope people out there find it useful.
