Web3 idea: A paid community to learn code.

This is an idea that led me to design this concept hero section.
Thoughts?
What is "web3" about this? It looks like a paid chat room.
It may be a pass as a ultimate paywall😊

Would like to know more about the community and what makes it different to other 'coder communities'.
Maybe the fact that it’s a paid one: aggregate only the most motivated elements 😊 open to ideation !
Interesting - who would be funding it? (e.g. would companies pay to get people to learn how to code?) Maybe if students pass certain coding tests, companies buy their coins / purchase coins for them, and then that creates an talent pipeline for them.
YC is already funding a company that’s teaching blockchain tech. The founder is on IH, too. Not gonna share any names given the combative crypto haters commenting on the thread asking what web3 is, but if you google a bit you can find the company.
Internet is too noisy. Paying €20/month is ok if I've access to a learners/mentors room is in fact a really, really cool way to learn, get feedback, and have my mind clear.
Thoughts? I see this like a pressed youtube which juice it's the top of content, where people don't have to be influencers.
