I used to be a BA at the beginning of my career, your copywriting is very close to what I think. Would be nice if your website can make it more "analytical" feel ;)

I'm also in the middle of revamping my site, your idea would be helpful!

I saw in the page source you used word press. I'm not familiar with GUI website builders at all, but there should be a plugin that allows you to insert a form on your contact page that users can fill out to email you requests.

Look specifically for Formspree, that's what I use on jobs that currently handle less than 100 emails per day. You want to make it as easy as possible to get their email, so let them do it there rather than go through the trouble of firing up their SMTP provider.

Also your CTA button is missing. I noticed one that doesn't work at the bottom of the home page. That could stay there, but make sure you put a button on the homepage where they can see it without scrolling ("above the fold"). Make these buttons link to your contact form, because getting their email is the whole purpose of this website.

Here are some thoughts that popped up as I was looking around:

• Would your target audience know what a BA is and what they do?
• I wasn't clear what the benefits of a BA are. OK so they can do manuals and document processes, but perhaps you should be clear on why that would help a SMB owner.
• Menu font feels disconnected to rest of site
• Email button in footer does not work
• On the contact page you provide 2 email addresses, which seems unnecessary
