Dude, you are amazing and it doesn't fully come across on your website. At least not as much as I would recommend. I found more about you by looking around at your Facebook group and LinkedIn profile. What I found was really cool.

The following are just my suggestions and you can take them, modify them, or not use them at all. I just hope that it's helpful to you.

I found your video over on Facebook and it was really good. Why isn't that right in the Hero section of your website? My initial question when I first looked at your website was, "what makes you different?" When I found the video I got my answer and it was excellent. I'd put the video as one of the first things visitors see. It shows, in a very personal way, what makes you different. I like the video just as it is - no changes needed You come across as very sincere and that is wonderful. It's meaningful that you started out feeling "smaller" and found power and confidence through strength training. That personal journey is compelling.

I believe that your biggest strength is your personal touch. I'd change your Button Text (who cares if the button is really wide if the message is compelling):
"Start Your Journey With A Quick Free Private Talk"

Did you create your own app? That's amazing but I didn't find that out on your website. That's another personal touch and value add. I'd change your "WORKOUT THROUGH THE APP" section to something like this:

WE'VE CREATED AN APP JUST FOR YOU
At your initial meeting we will set you up with our proprietary app. You'll get a program to follow that is personalized just for you. The app makes it easy to keep track of the progress you will make. It also makes it easy to ask questions and get private help from your trainer whenever you need it.

Anyway, you get the idea of where I'm going with this. I think you've built something special. The messaging on your website should show this. I'll keep track of this thread if you have any questions.
