Website to list clothing stores with on sale items in your city

Problem: Some store items (usually clothes) are on sale, you as a customer miss it because you don't walk in front of that store everyday nor check their website.

Solution: One website for your city/neighborhood to gather and list all stores with their specific items that are on sale.

Store gets: More sells, just a market place.

Customer get: Easy visibility, cheap deals market place.

I get: a small share.

Ps: this is not groupon as I would not require for discounts, items would already be on discount
