Websites - targeting niche markets

We currently sell websites 'as a service ' to specific target markets with the client purchasing off the shelf and we then customise the setup.
We use a mix of Drupal, Wordpress and some no code but need to concentrate on one as we grow into more niche markets.
I'm thinking Wordpress will be the way to go with a wordpress-as-a-service product and get clients to order the layout and build online.
I'm keen to prodictise as much as possible as out team spend alot of time on manual tasks when we could develop aspects to automate.
Our selling point will be that we are a half way house between Wix and a custom build so that is reflected in the pricing - but the only way this will succeed is through automation.
We aren't reinventing the wheel but instead offering a slightly different option
