Wednesday Edition: Daily Stand Up!

That extra nudge of accountability to achieve even a small step on your IH journey each day.

To join in:

01 Share your epic (a big chunk of work with a meaty objective) you'd like to complete by the end of June.

02 Share what you accomplished yesterday.

03 Share what you commit to accomplishing today.

04 Comment on at least one fellow hacker's progress and give them an IH Point for their check in.

      At least until their only choice is between lose me or lose half of me as a resource.

    2019 EPIC

    • 5 paying customers for Automated API (0/5)
    • grow Threadbase.io by 25 paying users (1/25)
    • 250 downloads of DotNetNitro artifacts (1/250)

    JUNE EPIC

    • Implement CI/CD on Automated API pipeline as demonstrated by running the pipeline automatically in response to 5 commits.
    • Write 4 Content Pieces for Threadbase as demonstrated by addition of 2 more emails to the onboarding chain for community owners, and 2 completely published Medium posts.
    • Bid on 30 freelance gigs or until 3/4 of full time status is achieved (2/30 submissions :: 10% paid/ 15% booked of 6k target)

    SINCE LAST WE MET

    • Ended up getting a pass on contract interview from Monday, but it was good exposure. Likely a budget consideration. This also sort of reinforced a previous demo idea I'd been planning for AutomatedAPI.
    • The talk about switching to half time was a no go. I'll be a bit tired for a couple months, but that's not a new position and should be temporary.

    IN THE PIPE

    • Focus down the last email to get me halfway to my Threadbase epic
    • Bid on some freelance work
    • Clean up the Azure Resource group that AutomateAPI operated within

    • FIT2MT App - Complete Mobile App and share to Beta Users, Kick-off API development.
    • Another Open Source CRM System - Basic MVP readiness

    • Kick started with basic app structure for Quote App.

    Today:

    • Quote App - Fix the home screen issue. Understand and apply material design to provide elegant UI.
    • FIT2MT App - Rollout basic MVP to beta users
