    January:
    Set up the next target.

    Yesterday:
    I just finished the first 24 hours launch on PH. Checked the results and feedback.

    Today:
    Improve SEO, add more GA events and a feedback button. Today will be my last code day in January, Lunar New Year is coming and I really need to take a rest after 4 months hard work. It's time to stay with family, drink with friends and think about the next step.

        You mean the result? Got #6 with self-launch and no social promotion. It's not good enough, but is an OK signal to keep going :)

    Soft launch on play store.
    What did you do yesterday to work toward your goal?
    Marketing through contacting individuals.
    What will you do today?
    Worked on setting up a CRM (for marketing partnerships, customers/leads, and investors) and gave a pitch.

      Worked through 22 and 23, working on 24 now. Also signed up for AWS Activate, and need to active my Stripe account to accept Stripe credits. Tomorrow I have YC SUS W2020 group session, which means I should watch this week's videos, get some work done for TinyDevCRM, and prepare a short briefing.

    Spent the day doing feedback calls with users.

    Today:
    Setting up a way for hackathons to give their participants free access to https://divjoy.com for their projects. Have 3 that are interested in doing this so can’t wait to try it out as a marketing channel.

    ⌛️ Created the first working version of an undo/redo functionality

    ⏳ Update this functionality to allow excluding interactions like dragging or updating props using the API from creating history entries

    • Working meeting to define v1 of a market data product
    • Contacted consulting leads
    • Wrote partial draft of an article

    What will you do today?

    • Begin testing d3js for data visualization for market data product
    • Complete draft of an article on project management
    • Write a proposal and continue working through consulting prospects

    • Finally got the balls (and ovaries) to launch Jovial 😂

    • Transcribe missing audio clips.
    • Summarize interview transcripts into client briefs.

    Last week: I created a landing page and added a Mailchimp email sign-up form. I studied how to build the technology that I will be using. Read "Indistractable" by Nir Eyal.

    Today: continue learning how to work with the tech stack that I'm using and also going through some labs to practice what I learned.
