What will you accomplish by end of July? What did you do yesterday to work toward your goal? What will you do today?
Yesterday I did a huge revamp on the landing page of Portabella.
I recently got some feedback on how to improve the platform (Excel import and collapsible columns), so I'm going to dive into those as well at some point this week.
My goal for July was to enable payments, but still blocked on the IRS issuing a tax ID, so may have to punt that to August.
That's something that usually comes back quite quickly, are they just massively backlogged from Stimulus/Tax season do you think?
They basically shut down due to COVID. Stripe has been in contact and said that they've seen IDs being issued again in the last week. Presumably there's a huge backlog due to world events + the things you mentioned.
My goal for today was to perform an A/B test with new landing page and also to push a little update at Designtack.
Turns out I completed it early!
How long will you run the A/B test for?
For the rest of the month? I pushed the update on 15th. Maybe 15 days are enough. What do you think?
I guess the timeframe doesn’t matter so much as the statistical significance across your variants, unless your target user behavior changes significantly during a normal 7-day period.
