By July : Take Siteoly to my early subscribers and do a soft launch for people to build websites from sheets.
Yesterday: Working with Google team for my app approval. Implement Google's suggestions on branding, buttons to use Google Signin.
Today: Followup with Google team. Make some changes to the app to implement billing integration. Update help docs as well.
By the end of July I will be ready to launch the MVP of my game. Yesterday I spent an hour and a half playtesting with the client on it and took detailed notes - a few gameplay bugs remaining that I think are straightforward fixes.
Today I'm going to fix those bugs and tighten up the frontend.
End of July: Have one blog post up for content marketing.
Yesterday: Had a buddy give me some awesome feedback which lead to today's work.
Today: Improved Tascflow's onboarding by...actually putting some basic instructions for new users.
Took an hour and definitely made it at least 10% better.
By end of July: Integrate coupons and taxes into the subscription process for Nodewood. Begin the documentation process of how to set up and sync your own subscriptions.
Yesterday: Added tests and fixes around creating subscriptions.
Today: Add tests for happy path of subscription creation, research how to implement 3D secure/failed subscriptions in the most user-friendly way.
By end of July: Submit Guess My Pay to the Apple App Store.
Yesterday: Worked on the app!
Today: Create graphics/branding assets for the App Store submission.
