Quick build log update đź‘‹
I’m 2 weeks into building Kaelis, a proactive AI designed to give tiny SaaS teams (3–7 people) 4–6 hours of focus time back every week by quietly handling follow-ups and syncing tasks between tools like Slack, Notion or Linear.
Right now I’m in deep discovery mode:
• Talking with founders about their biggest time drains
• Mapping how tasks and status updates really flow between tools
• Testing small automations that remove “ghost tasks” nobody tracks
Goal for this week:
find 3–5 pilot teams willing to run a free 2-week experiment where I personally set up the automations and measure time saved.
If you’re running a small SaaS and you often feel you spend more time coordinating than creating, I’d love to hear how you deal with it today — or DM me if you’d like to be one of the pilot teams.
