Hey IH family,
Week 2 of SupportBridge complete.
The main problem I'm solving: AI tools either hallucinate, trap customers in loops, or make decisions on their own, even on sensitive issues (refunds, accounts). So I took a different approach—letting the AI reply only to approved FAQs, with a maximum of 1 reply per ticket, and escalating everything else to a human with full context.
So far:
• 5 founders requested a free audit (last 100 support emails forwarded)
• 40-60% of emails turned out to be auto-replyable (without any risk)
• Most common feedback: “Max 1 reply rule + human always in control — it feels really safe.”
Early learnings:
Small teams (2-10 people) need this before hiring. They don't fear AI, they only fear uncontrolled AI.
Free Support Audit still open (no credit card required).
Forward your last 100 support emails to audit@supportbridge.tech — I'll send a detailed PDF report within 24-48 hours:
• What percentage of emails can AI handle safely
• Exact hours/week saved
• $ ROI calculation
How do I handle hard cases? Or have any specific feedback? Please let me know in the comments.
