Week 3 — ChannelStack: 1 member, 10.6K views on one channel, and a same-day outage fix

ChannelStack is still a community of one — me. I haven't done any promo this week, all my time went into the actual pipeline, so the Skool member count is sitting at 1. I'll start splitting time toward growth once I'm confident the automation is stable, because right now stability is the more valuable thing to build in public.

On the YouTube side, the clearest numbers I have are from The Mind Files (psychology/dark human behavior shorts): 126 subscribers, +34 in the last 28 days, 10.6K views and 42 hours of watch time over the same period. Top short this week was "Why You Change Personas" at 513 views, with a couple others in the 50-200 view range. My other two channels, Minute Zero (corporate collapse stories) and Bible Story Garden (kids' Bible content), are smaller and I don't have a clean weekly view digest pulled for them yet — that's on my list to fix.

The specific thing that happened this week: my automated channel monitor flagged that Minute Zero posted 0 of its 2 scheduled videos in 24 hours, and Bible Story Garden posted only 1 of 2. Root cause was the DeepSeek API balance (the model that writes my scripts) running to zero overnight, which made the script-generation step fail silently. I funded the account the same day the alert came in. Honestly the more interesting part is that the monitor caught this within hours instead of me discovering a multi-day gap a week later — that's the whole point of building it. The fix I'm adding now is a low-balance alert that fires before the account hits zero, not after.

Next week: building that balance pre-check, verifying tomorrow's runs post correctly, and pulling real weekly view numbers for all three channels so future updates here are less one-channel-heavy.
