ChannelStack itself didn't move much this week - still sitting at 1 member (me) in the Skool community. I haven't done any outreach beyond the launch posts, so that's expected. The "Week 1 update" post is still the only thing before this one, and I'm using this Sunday cadence to force myself to actually sit down with the analytics every week instead of letting the pipeline run blind.
The three YouTube channels put up 35 shorts this week and pulled in 4,889 total views combined. Minute Zero (corporate collapse / business failure stories) had its best week yet: 3,169 views, up from 1,876 the week before - a 69% jump, driven almost entirely by one video about the Washington Mutual collapse (923 views) plus a couple other "raid"-style stories. The Mind Files (psychology channel) dropped hard, from 2,596 to 1,624 views, down 37%. Bible Story Garden stayed weak, 96 views vs 213 the week before.
The automated weekly digest I built flagged something I can act on immediately. On Minute Zero, every title that started with "How Person..." got zero views this week, while titles that lead with a dollar figure and the decision (think "The Dollar-Amount Debt That Saved or Killed the Company") are the only ones cracking 500+ views. On The Mind Files, the drop traces almost entirely to me publishing three near-identical "Trust Dangerous People" title variants in one week - they cannibalized each other, all under 85 views. So the change going into next week: MZ's script-generator prompt gets a hard rule to lead titles with the dollar amount/decision, and TMF gets capped at 8-10 shorts/week instead of 15, with a dedup check against recent topic angles.
Next week: ship both prompt changes, see if MZ can repeat the WaMu-style hit, and start drafting the "reading your first 30 days of analytics" lesson for the Classroom.
I'd be careful with one thing.
The interesting question may not be whether the title pattern is working.
It may be what deserves confidence from the pattern.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different decisions about the channel, the content engine, and what gets optimized next.
The danger isn't a lack of signal.
The danger is false validation.
I wouldn't make that call casually from a few weeks of data.
