What's new

1/ UX Community

107 new indie makers joined us and we are now 600 in total!

I am writing my 2nd UX article at this moment but I struggle with publishing it. The more subscribers I get, the more anxiety I have. 😳

Since writing is something I struggle with, I joined alongside with the #ship30for30, the Bloggingfordevs accelerator program by Monica Lent, a great fellow indie founder. Last Thursday we had our kick-off!

2/ UX freelancing

I prepared the kick-off meeting for my new client, http://restocks.net for next week 😍

I passed the 1st interview phase with TopTal and IxDF. Both interview processes are pretty intense and will take some weeks until I have a clear answer 😅

I had my weekly 1-1 coaching session with https://www.wonder-path.com, a client of mine. We did a UX review of the MVP prototype they designed in Framer, and discussed about no-code tools and technical strategies they could follow.

Our focus is to stay as lean as possible and quickly validate our ideas through user testing and interviews. "Validate as much as possible before building" - that's our mentality.

3/ Think out loud - My SaaS

Every Thursday and Friday we work w/ Scott, my co-founder for 4 hours and build thinkoutloud.io as a side-project.

• We made a clear plan for the next 6 weeks to release and test our MVP privately.

• We designed a new landing page, cause the current one is pretty ugly 😅

• Revenue is steady w/ freelancing (€4800 MRR).

• My writing skills are getting better and my UX community grows every week.

• Thinkoutloud MVP is almost done.

Consistency & focus on getting 1% better every week still feels the key to success!
