    [Last Week]
    Still all about the Announcr Speaker App.

    • Been updating Mac, PC, Android/FireTV builds pretty regularly, need an auto-update system PRONTO
    • Created a little soundboard-style form to send Announcements with. This represents a kind of pre-built announcement which can be sent with the push of one button, and included one or more of.. an intro clip, outro clip, TTS message, and background music.

    • Added background music to announcements
    • Started on Channel Builder
    • Listened to a couple hundred messages throughout the week from friends using the link on FB
    • Added new fart noises :)
    • Stability improvement with socket keep-alive and some error handling for Network outages
    • Researched user payouts via Stripe
    • Added sonic identity and a startup noise for the Speaker App

    • Get a rudimentary channel builder working for people to create a content channel, users will subscribe, and have content go out on a schedule

    Landing page and early signups for Announcr Speaker App - ACTIVE!

    [Description]
    Announcr is a Speaker-Based Audio Content and Notification Platform. Trigger various actions depending on user locations. Play sounds, make API calls, etc. New Landing Page

    [Last Week]

    This week was not as productive as I would have hoped, but we still managed to get a lot done.

    • Our identity provider implementation has been completed, tested, and documented.
    • SSO with our learning partner has been completed, tested, and documented.
    • Security has been improved in our backend serverless functions.
    • Courses have gained dynamic previews within a carousel gallery.
    • The registration form has been reorganised and clarified.
    • Several small bug fixes and enhancements were implemented.

    [Next Week]

    • Start our first term with the first online cohort of 2021!
    • Complete the partner/coordinator functionality. We didn't manage to get this done in two weeks, so we've extended the milestone by one week to accommodate it.
    • Allow registrations for our new weekly HOC sessions.
    • Work on the blog.
    • Do other bits and pieces.

    Complete the current wave of development, then put in place a feature freeze while we focus on operations, marketing, and B2B sales.

    Quick update and I can give a larger one for next week.

    Last Week

    • Been digging heavy into AWS learning in attempt to speed up product dev. Got a few steps into getting a web scraper running in aws Lambda but need to rework some things.
    • Outlined first article in prep for publishing on the marketing website some SEO seeding.

    This Week

    • Moving the web scraper from Python to Nodejs to take advantage of some of the better documented nodejs libraries for AWS.
    • Start digging into SES docs to prep for email services.
    • Finish draft of blog post and outline a second.
