Channing here from Indie Hackers. Welcome! 👋
Here's how to get the most out your time here.
Indie Hackers is for connecting with like-minded people who want to build profitable online businesses.
To get the most out of the community, try helping to make it a better place. You can do that by starting and participating in interesting discussions.
If you start by giving, the community is designed to reward you in return.
Head over to the home page and click the "New Post" button.
If there's something on your mind that you think will get people talking, simply type it out. The shorter the better. It helps if you ask a clear question in the title, or if you express your opinion.
Alternatively, if you read something elsewhere on the internet, you can start a discussion around that, too. Try submitting it as a link post. Indie hackers love discovering interesting new articles.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. If you need help submitting your first link post or starting your first discussion, let me know in the comments below.
Otherwise, I'm excited to see you the forum! Feel free to introduce yourself to everyone below. 🤗
so excited to join & be an active member
Welcome to IH, @bakhtawar Hope you will enjoy this platform.
Welcome to the community @bakhtawar & wishing you all the best !!
I also just joined the community, super excited too :-D
Hey all! I'm from Sydney, Australia and am super keen to be part of this community!
I have just quit my job to continue progressing through a platform idea for virtual queuing and virtual rooms for brick and mortar locations, I'm trying to eliminate the concept of a physical waiting room!
I'm currently developing an MVP and continuing on figuring out the pain points of businesses with waiting rooms and queueing so I'm in my early stages. On the lookout for a Sydney based technical cofounder to join me on this journey! :)
Wishing you all the best @KuberaHacker and welcome to the community !!
Hey all, I used to lurk on IndieHackers before you needed an invite. I wasn't really an involved member of the community but I want to change that this time around!
My goal is to make a series of online products that can support a different capital intensive hardware project I'm starting work on. Overall, I'm pretty much in an R&D phase but hopefully these side projects bring in enough revenue to keep the lights on.
Looking forward to connecting & learning with y'all!
Thank you for providing this platform. I'm looking forward to growing through a connected and supportive environment.
Hello Channing. Thank you for your warm welcome. (I finally got my invitation code)
My name is Xavier. I'm from El Salvador I'm 22, and I've built 2 sides projects with no-code tools (Should I call myself Indie Hacker tho?) after having delivered +50,000 orders to our users, quit from uni, and dedicate myself 100% to our business. I'm looking to increase my tech-background to build better products!
I'm enjoying the process!
Thanks for the welcome!
My name is Jacob ( @jv73 ), and I've always been obsessed with living life a bit outside of the normal "rules". Now I'm just hoping to channel more of that world into entrepreurial success.

The motorbike ride and travel hacking sounds really interesting!
I'm so excited to join the indiehackers🙋🏻♂️
Thank you for the Welcome @channingallen . It is very heartwarming to see a personalised welcome for this week joiners. Would also like to thank @csallen for sharing the invite code.
My name is Subho ( @kaalahand ) and I am a Product Manager from South East Asia. I had launched my own company a few years back but had to shut it down because we were not able to reach Product market fit and there was no supporting community to get through tough times. When I came across Indie Hacker last week I was glad to find the perfect place I had been looking for. I have been following Product Hunt and also the Minimalist Entrepreneur for sometime and now I believe that I am ready to join the maker community again.
Looking forward to getting engaged more and creating some awesome products.
Ullas !! ( Cheers in Bengali )
Regards,
Subho
Thanks for the warm welcome Channing!
