Hi! I am passionate about entrepreneurship and love to do something people pay for. :) I have done this several times. I used to run a training company with my partners. Then I created a side educational project working full-time. Now I'm looking for new ideas and people who want to experiment and see which of the projects could be a unicorn in the future. This is my little dream :)

Hello, I am new here. This community and site is really well designed and I already kinda feel at home. So I am compelled to share something about me.

I have a lifetime goal of empowering people through scalable technology and positively affecting millions. Im not looking to build the next Facebook or the next billion dollar company. In fact, I am looking to build a comfortable 24 million dollar a year company, with a small group of talented, humorous, and kind people.

I am far, far from my goal but I try to focus on the day-to-day on the small actions that I can take towards it.

Hey Channing - thanks for creating this space! I'm a travel tech founder focusing on reducing risk for travelers by providing live planning and safety information. In my other life, I'm a corporate and IP lawyer so happy to provide insights to anyone here!

Thank you for the opportunity Channing. I joined to give others feedback and to learn from others. I run a full time IT services company in Canada providing IT services, voip services, networking, and software development. As such, I've got a pretty broad background when it comes to technology. My background is on the technical side, so since starting my business I've had to learn business development, sales, marketing, strengthen my accounting skills, and work more closely and directly with the end customers. Since starting my own company 8 years ago, I didn't think running a business would be this difficult. I'm at the point now where my biggest problem is trying to figure out how to scale the business without a) going broke and b) losing some of my existing customer base (if your customer base grows, but your team doesn't grow, you can't devote as much attention to your existing clients). It's kind of a chicken and an egg situation. You need more clients to get more revenue coming in the door. You need more revenue coming in the door to be able to afford to hire new staff. If you get more revenue coming in the door, you run the risk of getting bad reviews from existing clients and losing them. So much anxiety running the business at this stage. I'll be so happy when I get this figured out and get past it.

Hi, I've finally joined in. I have managed to become a member of this forum and I am insanely happy. A little bit about myself - my English is not my native tongue, but I already live in the USA. I am researching and constantly developing in the field of glucose monitoring. My children have diabetes. I'm interested in articles and developments on how people create apps to connect different monitoring systems. It is convenient for parents and children. At one time I was able to create a closed loop for my child to be social and not need insulin injections. He now lives his life and I teach him self-monitoring
