😅 Well… I did it again.

I spent the last few months building what I thought was a really cool project. Honestly, I really enjoyed the process - I’m way more of a technical/product-focused person, so writing code and solving problems felt great.

But… I completely forgot the part where you validate the idea first.
So here I am, with a shiny piece of tech and now it’s time to… validate it.

I’m curious - who else has fallen into the “build first, validate later” trap?
What did you end up doing - pivot, double down, or just chalk it up as experience?
