DeepReachAI started simple: research a lead → personalize the message → send. That got us to 250 users and ~$150 MRR, all without ads.
Now we're building Orio. Give it one instruction and it can find qualified leads, research them, reach out, make calls, and report back.
Sounds cool. The hard part isn't making it work. It's making people trust it.
A bad email gets ignored. A bad AI call can cost you a real customer.
That's why we're rolling Orio out to existing customers first and keeping humans in the loop where mistakes actually matter.
I am still figuring out where the line between "AI employee" and "AI needs supervision" should be.
For anyone building autonomous agents: where do you draw that line?
Good write-up. What would you do differently if you started again?
This resonates a lot — how long did it take before you saw any real signal on it?
How did you decide this was worth building in the first place?
Really relatable. How much time do you put into this each week?
Clear and practical, thanks. Did anything surprise you along the way?
