We're building a simple image version control

Hi Indiehackers!

My friend and I are building a simple tool to keep track of changes to images - https://www.gitimage.com/ - with our target audience being artists.

The idea came about after talking to a friend who works in a VFX studio, who mentioned how artists can have trouble versioning their images. (i.e. they might have version_1, version_2, … of an image they're working on saved on their computers which can become very annoying to keep track of).

We’re ready to launch our MVP, and would love to get some feedback on our site + product, as well as any advice on where we could reach out to potential first users

It would be awesome if I could use this with raw files like psd, sketch etc

      Thank you!

As a photographer and software dev, I always thought about how good version control is in programming compared to other fields. I just spam undo in Lightroom when editing photos :)

Ahaha hopefully GitImage can be the version control tool for your photos!

If you have a chance, we'd love to hear any feedback you might have or anything you'd like for GitImage to have for it to be useful to you :)
