I'm Yussif, and I'm building CLIPAD, an AI-powered organizational memory and intelligence layer for businesses.
We started CLIPAD because we noticed a problem that keeps getting worse as teams grow:
Companies create enormous amounts of knowledge every day, but most of it gets lost or becomes difficult to find.
A decision is made during a meeting.
Someone explains something important on a call.
A useful idea appears in a chat.
A process is discussed in a recording.
A document contains critical information.
A team member leaves.
And suddenly, finding the context behind what happened becomes difficult.
Most tools help teams communicate or store information, but the knowledge remains scattered across different systems.
We're building CLIPAD to approach this differently.
Instead of thinking of it simply as another collaboration or meeting tool, we're building it as an organizational memory and intelligence layer.
CLIPAD can capture and connect information from:
Meetings and meeting recordings
Async video and screen recordings
Conversations and collaboration
Documents and other knowledge
Connected work tools and integrations
The AI then helps transform that information into useful organizational context—making it easier to discover knowledge, understand what happened, find decisions and action items, and preserve important institutional knowledge.
We're currently working on CLIPAD 3.0, including significantly stronger AI capabilities, knowledge retrieval, context understanding, and our upcoming CLIPAD Capture experience.
But here's where we're at:
We currently have 0 external users.
We're building this from the ground up and trying to figure out how to get our first 10 paying customers without a significant marketing budget.
So I'm documenting the journey here.
