We're featured on Product Hunt Today, please show some love :)

Hi Folks,

Many restaurants are relying on carry-out orders to survive during the COVID-19 crisis but have no useful way to accept online orders and payments other than by phone.

Many restaurants fall outside of delivery zones for popular apps like Grubhub and UberEats, and even those that are inside the delivery zones often can't afford their high fees. Primo offers them a lightweight online ordering tool that sends orders right to their phones and does it for a tiny fraction of the fee.

Some of the features include an Orders-hub for managing order states and keeping customers updated, push notifications and text messaging, item promotions and much more.

I'd love some support to help us get this product into the hands of those that need it most.

Congratulations on the product hunt launch! 🤓 Curious who will handle the delivery?

Good question. Restaurants have the option to offer carry-out, delivery or both. If they offer delivery, then they will do this themselves. Grub Hub charge 30-40% for their service. It increases the restaurants visibility and gets them more orders, but that comes at a cost of hiring more chefs and general expenses. It's well reported that the bottom line doesn't always increase in these circumstances.

We're more focussed on small restaurants that want to primarily take online orders for carry-out at the moment.
