We're Hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Join Cymbiose AI

I’m Philip, Co-Founder of Cymbiose AI , a HIPAA-compliant, culturally responsive AI platform built by therapists, for therapists.
We’re redefining mental healthcare by turning clinical documentation into a powerful tool for data-informed care, helping therapists save time, reduce burnout, and improve client outcomes.
We’re currently in pilot phase and preparing for our pre-seed round (Q1 2026). As we grow, we’re looking for a CMO to join our leadership team and lead marketing strategy + execution as we scale from pilot to launch.
You’ll:

✅ Build and optimize therapist acquisition campaigns
✅Lead content strategy, design, and execution across all channels
✅Lead email marketing, newsletter campaigns, and community engagement
✅ Collaborate with our blog writer to publish biweekly content that aligns with Cymbiose’s mission and voice
✅Oversee content, email automations, and social communications
✅Collaborate on GTM strategy with leadership
✅ Build and optimize therapist acquisition campaigns
✅Lead content strategy, design, and execution across all channels
✅Lead email marketing, newsletter campaigns, and community engagement
✅ Collaborate with our blog writer to publish biweekly content that aligns with Cymbiose’s mission and voice
✅Oversee content, email automations, and social communications
✅Collaborate with the founders on GTM strategy

We are bootstrapped so this is an equity-based role with deferred compensation post-funding (we can discuss what you're looking for in terms of future compensation on a call, as we are about to fundraise). We’re looking for someone excited by the challenge of early-stage growth, healthcare innovation, community-driven marketing, and the opportunity to spearhead a vital part of a growing company for the long-term.
