We're Improving the Gmail Add-On for WarmInbox: Cleaner Flow, Better UX

Quick update from our side: after launching the Gmail version of WarmInbox on the Google Workspace Marketplace, we got some great feedback and immediately saw where the friction was.

We built the core functionality to let users warm up any Google account by simply creating an app password, and it works. But the onboarding and sidebar UI still feel too raw, especially for non-technical users.

So now we’re in the middle of a full UX overhaul for the Gmail add-on:

  • Smoother first-time user flow

  • Cleaner design inside the Gmail sidebar

  • Clearer steps for activating warmup (pricing → Stripe → app password)

  • Better error handling and setup validation

We want it to feel like a native Gmail experience, not a script glued onto the sidebar. Once we ship the update, setup will be seamless, even for users who’ve never heard of app passwords.

We’re still offering a 7-day free trial, and it works with all Google accounts right now. If you’ve tried the add-on and had thoughts, we’d love to hear what confused you or slowed you down; we’re making the experience as polished as the backend engine that powers it.
