One thing I always find interesting with products at this stage is that the trial itself is only half the battle — the real opportunity is helping new users quickly understand the “why” behind the product.
The first session is often where users decide whether this solves a real problem for them or becomes another tool they forget about.
Clear positioning, a focused onboarding flow, and getting users to that first meaningful win can make a huge difference in trial-to-paid conversion.
