We've been heads-down building AdPlus for several months. In 7 days we go fully public.
Before the launch noise kicks in, I wanted to share an honest look at where we are: the stuff that worked, the stuff that didn't, and a few things that genuinely surprised us.
AdPlus connects to all 12 major ad networks (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft, Amazon, Spotify, X, and Apple Ads) and lets you plan, validate, and launch campaigns from one place. You describe your goal in plain English (budget, objective, target audience) and the AI builds a full cross-network plan (channel mix, budget allocation, ad copy, and specs validated against each platform's character limits and format rules). One click to publish across every connected network.
The problem we're solving is pretty simple: marketers running $5k–30k/month across multiple networks are losing 5–10 hours a week just to reconciliation, tab-switching, and spec-checking across a dozen different platforms. We want to give that time back.
We picked up nearly 200 waitlist signups from a press release, a few blog posts, SEO pages targeting long-tail queries like "ad budget calculator" and "LinkedIn ad character limits." The demand signal was stronger than we expected, which told us the problem is real and people are actively searching for solutions.
The less flattering surprise: our early paid acquisition underperformed. First few weeks of paid spend across LinkedIn and Google didn't move the needle the way we hoped. So we pivoted hard to content, and the content is working better. Lesson learned.
We also ran our own $3500 self-campaign using AdPlus to plan it, dogfooding before public launch. Found 8 product issues. Filed all of them and added a ton of new functionality. I Highly recommend this exercise if you're building any kind of tool.
No press coverage yet beyond our own press release. Pitches are out to TechCrunch and VentureBeat. We'll see.
Zero organic mentions on Reddit, HN, or anywhere else in the wild. We haven't posted a lot publicly on these platforms yet (huge barriers for newbies). That's coming during launch week. Writing this is part of warming the engine up.
Public beta ends on May 19. First 50 active users get 12 months of Pro free. No credit card, no catch.
We're keeping the first cohort deliberately small so we can onboard everyone personally and catch problems before they compound.
If you're managing paid ads across multiple networks and losing hours to the weekly reconciliation grind, I'd love your feedback. Sign up at getadplus.com/launch or just reply here.
Happy to answer anything about the build, the AI planning layer, or the go-to-market. One week out feels like a good time to think out loud.
