What caught my attention is that you're collapsing analytics and decision-making into the same workflow.
Most analytics tools stop at showing what happened. Letting someone immediately ask why it happened changes the product from a reporting dashboard into a decision-support system. That's a much more interesting direction.
That's exactly the framing. Most tools give you a chart and leave you to figure out the rest. The gap between "signups dropped 18%" and "here's why and what to do" is where most teams lose hours every week.
The copilot seeing your actual events, funnels, and cohorts closes that gap. It's not just answering questions about your data, it's in the same context as the data itself.

Your reply made me think there's one strategic decision sitting underneath that shift from reporting to decision support which becomes much more significant as the product grows, but I don't think I can explain the reasoning properly in a thread without oversimplifying it.
