Over the past few weeks, we've been talking to founders, HR professionals, agencies, and consultants while building Trackly.
One thing became clear.
Many of them already work with businesses that struggle with workforce management.
They don't want to build software.
They don't want to provide support.
They simply want to recommend tools they genuinely believe solve a problem.
So instead of focusing only on direct sales, we're building a simple partner program alongside it.
The idea is straightforward:
Partners refer businesses that need workforce management.
We handle the demo, onboarding, and support.
If the company becomes a customer, the partner earns recurring commission.
It feels like a better fit than trying to sell everything ourselves.
We're still validating the model, but we're curious:
If you're building B2B SaaS, have partnerships generated better results than direct outbound?
I'd love to hear what's worked (or hasn't) for others building in this space.
I think partnerships work best when there's strong alignment between the partner and the problem you're solving. A trusted recommendation often carries far more weight than a cold email. Curious to see what others have learned about balancing outbound with partner-led growth as they scale.
Completely agree. A trusted recommendation often creates much stronger conversations than a cold outreach. We’re exploring both direct outreach and partnerships for Trackly, with a focus on finding people who already understand the workforce challenges we’re solving. Still learning what balance works best as we grow.
