Western KY Sports & Outdoor Hub: Need a "reality check" roast before I go further.

Hey everyone, I just launched WKY Game Day.

The Problem: In Western Kentucky, if you want to find a local 5K race, a golf scramble, a cornhole tournament, pickleball, or a youth sports camp, you’re stuck hunting through "addictive" Facebook feeds or blurry digital flyers scattered across social media. There is no central "Billboard" for these events.

The Solution: I’ve built a fast, mobile-friendly hub specifically designed to host and organize these digital flyers. While we include high school schedules and outdoor news, the core mission is providing a one-click "Playbook" for regional sporting events—from the golf course to the boat ramp.

The Struggle: I’m a solo founder hitting that "Trough of Sorrow." Traffic is slow, and I’m starting to doubt if a hyper-local niche site has real business legs. I'm currently looking at local bulletin ads and gear affiliate partnerships for revenue.

The Request: Can you guys roast the site?

  1. Does a centralized hub for local event flyers have legs?

  2. Is the mobile experience clean enough to beat searching Facebook?

  3. Does this look like a viable business, or just a hobby?

Be brutal. I need the truth before I decide my next move. Thanks!
