We've collected over 240m records on purchase behavior. How would this be useful?

Through our day-to-day business, we've collected over 240m records on purchase behavior.

Essentially the data can tell us the age/interests/bio of an individual most likely to purchase a specific item - i.e 34yo male (+location) bought this SaaS, this SaaS and this SaaS and watched football and premium channels etc. The caveat would be the information is that of the card owner, so may not be the ultimate recipient of the goods/service.

How would this be useful to your use cases? Marketing/targeting for similar software or goods bought by specific demographic? What data formats would be most accessible for you?

We're looking to launch this data access as a new venture, and use cases will need to be legally verified to ensure we're not encroaching on any data protection issues.
