We've finally released a T&C generator (iubenda product #5)

I've been working on this product to generate terms and conditions (with a small team at iubenda) for ages and we've finally released it today in the morning.
I figured I'd share a quick and very superficial update about what I like most about it and what I've learned in the process.

• Terms and conditions are still an afterthought and very few companies release it in a way that is at all useful to people
• Often, translations of terms are missing, even though the application is targeting a specific language
• "Linkability", "readability" and more are completely neglected
• Many, many makers, small and big companies don't know the first thing about how consent, informing, changing of the document etc. work together

I have a lot of thoughts about this and we're super happy to offer solutions going into the future of the generator. Here are my favourite features from version 1 (copied from our Product Hunt):

🛍 just like our privacy policy generator has third-party integrations, the terms have them, too. To describe your purchasing process as meticulously as possible you can choose from Shopify to Webflow Ecommerce to Stripe as checkout options;
⚠️ we have a section at the top of the document that can display warnings about certain sections, such as a subscription that autorenews;
🏗 construct your own: we have sections such as the acceptable use section that you can construct, depending on what you actually do on your application;

I think we've got the most common cases down for app developers, SaaS makers, eCommerce, common marketplaces and more (in 8 languages).
