We've just changed up our old school design agency and existing clients loved it 🙌🏽

Me and a friend have been running a design and development agency in Sweden for the last 4 years. It's been going great and We've had the opportunity to work with a lot of great brands along the way.

There was always one thing bugging us though - meetings. They took up so much time and energy but we felt that we had to do them.

After reading a lot here and seing people like Brett productize their services we thought we should give it a go. We started taking with existing clients about how this transition would be handled. Some were excited and other sceptical.

We were a bit scared to make such a big chance to a business that was working, but in the end we felt we had to try it.

It's now been a month since we switched how we talk about our agency and we couldn't be happier, and the clients are as well! Even big government clients are starting to buy into the concept, haha.

Just wanted to share and to encourage existing agency owners or freelancer to really try and productize their service.
