For me it is probably:
Chrome - 4 hours
Visual Studio Code - 4 hours
Slack - 2 hours

Terminal - 2 hours (overlaps with time on FF)
Visual studio/PhpStorm
Insomnia rest client
Putty
Mysql workbench
Pretty much use all apps throughout the day all day

I had visual studio pro for quite a while but ditched it in favor of vscode due to the costs. Chrome because Google. And the terminal because I love it when I run a command and the logs keep coming so fast I can barely follow 😜🤗
Notion - 2 hrs
Slack - 1 hour
Tweetdeck - 30 minutes
