Hi,
I am a Brazilian entrepreneur specialized in gamification and corporate education. I'm on my 2nd startup and I have created Lira Edu, a B2B SaaS for corporate training and education.
I started the project in December last year. In February of this year I have launched a pilot training program with my app in a facilities company. They were having problems with the traditional training model ( long videos, power point workshops ) so they needed a solution for it.
The pilot was a success. We had massive engagement of the employees and the knowledge retention was very good. My client agreed to a 1 year contract so we would train all the +1k employees of the company.
We started with a training about covid-19, teaching what is the coronavirus, the covid-19, symptoms, prevention and how to detect fake news ( the image prints above are the ones of the covid-19 training, I'm sorry they are in Brazilian Portuguese ).
My point is, I am doing good with this client and I am convinced that there is a niche for this product, but at the same time, I don't think I can consider that I have validated my idea because of this one case with this client, can I?
I am struggling to get new clients but I don't know that is because I am a tech / product guy with some difficult in sales or I need further validation.
What do you think?

Hi, I work in hospitality and my hotels are constantly struggling with training as the staff turnaround is quite high.
However, it would be a headache if you wanted to contact each hotel separately. I was thinking perhaps you can get in touch with the AGENCIES that develop content for the hotels?
Hi @Moytza,
to be fair I don't know much about the hotel business. I think it's worth trying. Thanks for the suggestion
