What about this indie hacker friendly extension for Stripe?

While working on my product I found that while I like Stripe, I wish that there was more out of the box features built on top of what they have today. Things I think could be useful:

• Simpler product/plan management. Especially when dealing with monthly/annual and multiple currencies.
• Coupons that can be restricted to only work with certain plans and/or products.
• Referral based system that gives users discounts for every person they refer.
• A UI widget for pricing tables
• UI widgets for users to manage their own subscriptions.
• Easy way to migrate users from one plan to another (i.e. you discontinue a plan and need to move active users)
• Pricing that is friendly for bootstrapped/small companies but then can scale as you grow.

Maybe this exists and I just couldn't find it? Most of the solutions I found that covered some of these things didn't have pricing that worked when you only have 1 or 2 customers.
