While working with property listings and short-term rentals, I kept noticing the same pattern.
Most photos are taken quickly on phones.
Lighting is often off, rooms look flat, and the space doesn’t feel inviting — even when the property itself is good.
Instead of changing prices or descriptions, we started focusing only on image quality to see what really makes a difference.
Some early learnings surprised us:
Simple lighting fixes made rooms feel more complete
Clearer images increased trust in listings
Even light visual staging helped people imagine the space better
