What am i doing wrong?

So i created discordnotify.app to help people send google form submission to discord.

Now i have been able to get more than 765 people who installed it but only 1 paid subscribers so far

what can i improve? am i charging more? is the audience cheap for example i have similar app called slacknotify.app which have around $1500 ARR with similar concept
