🤔 What app are you using for Customer Support? (Zendesk, Intercom, LabiDesk etc?)

And why? What features are most vital to you in the customer support apps?

We're using freshdesk.com for our new project - Raport. We needed a chat for our website and app. It is free for our team of 2 and has all the basic features we need. It also has a mobile app which is a must.

Thanks for sharing. So live chat is the primary method of communication with your customers and leads?

Depends. At the moment we get more emails than messages via chat. But with our other product it's the other way around.
We just want to give our customers more options.

Intercom. Yes I know it can be crazy expensive. But honestly they are the best, and it’s worth it.

Most indie hackers use https://crisp.chat/en/ their free plan is amazing and the paid tiers are affordable.

I have to try to crisp. I've got good results with https://www.drift.com/ so far. They have a free plan a well.

Helpscout. We wanted chat capability, but also the capability to turn it off and revert to email contact - as to set expectations in reply time. Helpscout do this really nicely, in my view.

    Hi Ivanna!

You could check out thrivedesk.com an all-in-one customer support app. Not only does it have the 'Live Chat' feature but also has additional features like 'Shared Inbox', 'Community Management' & 'Knowledge Base'! We recently have sold $100K in lifetime deals and are shipping rapidly with new features. 🚀Got featured in Hubspot too!
